Program Overview
Nippon Sport Science University has developed a “Female Athlete Conditioning Education Program” with the aim of creating an environment in which all women can continue exercising and playing sports while maintaining good health.
The program consists of (1) videos, (2) an athlete textbook, and (3) an instructor guide.
Anyone can learn from anywhere at any time, so we hope that many people will take advantage of the program.
The educational content was created with the cooperation of junior high school students, high school students, university students, and adult athletes, as well as their coaches, by finding out what they are struggling with and what they want to learn, and incorporating information that is actually useful in actual sports settings. In addition, we received a lot of specific advice from sports medicine and science experts that is easy to put into practice.
We hope that participants in this program will acquire correct knowledge about conditioning and use it to manage their own health throughout their lives.
