スポーツ・トレーニングセンター1920×700

Sports Training Center (STC)

The Sports Training Center (STC)—commonly referred to as “tore-sen” among NSSU students—is one of the most frequented and vibrant facilities on campus, which is used by over 160,000 persons per year. Students train at the STC to improve their physical capacity in order to perform better in competitive activities on their varsity athletic teams, clubs, and circles, which might also result in their health enhancement, physical transformation, injury prevention, and other positive effects. The STC has its full-time staff members available on site for consultation and support on any such requirements. If you have any questions about how to use training equipment or how to train properly, etc., feel free to consult our staff.

In addition, the STC provides training support under the Nittaidai Athlete Support System (NASS) and hosts training seminars, etc. for any NSSU students that simply want to learn or are aspiring to become instructors, so please join and make full use of these events.

STC service information

The STC is only available to NSSU students and is not open to the public.
